Originally from Venezuela and now based in Canada, I became a holistic nutritionist through the Canadian Institute of Holistic Nutrition, where I expanded my knowledge of nutrition, supplementation, wellness, and long-term health practices.
Over the years, I have worked with clients from different backgrounds and fitness levels, helping them create practical and sustainable approaches to eating and training without relying on extreme diets or unrealistic methods.
My goal is to educate, guide, and support people in building healthier lifestyles that improve not only their physical results, but also their daily energy, confidence, and overall well-being.

Through Falcon Nutrifit, I am committed to guiding clients with practical nutrition coaching, honest advice, and individualized support. Whether the goal is fat loss, muscle building, improved athletic performance, better daily energy, or overall wellness, my goal is to help people create results that are sustainable long term while always prioritizing health first.
After many years working in the fitness industry, I realized that many people struggled not because they lacked motivation, but because they were overwhelmed by misinformation, restrictive diets, unrealistic fitness expectations, and confusing health advice.
I wanted to create a brand that simplified health and focused on what truly works long term. What started through nutrition coaching and personal training has grown into a larger vision that includes online coaching, fitness education, personalized meal planning, and supplements with the philosophy to prioritize quality, simplicity, and purpose.
Falcon Nutrifit continues to grow with the mission of helping people improve their habits, relationship with food, physical health, and overall lifestyle through education, consistency, and sustainable practices.
